B is oil and filter change with brake inspection and clean, lube , adjust
1 would be tire rotation
2 is replace engine and cabin air filters
3 is replace transmission fluid

I have helped many Honda/Acura owners on this issue. Many mechanics will replace many parts prior to solving this problem, which then creates unnecessary repairs and spending. So here is my diagnosis: Notice if your speedometer drops to zero when your engine dies while driving. If this happens its your ignition switch failing. Ignition switches in Honda/Acura vehicles years 97-02 encounter faulty or shorted internal contacts. you should have checked the transmission fluid first .change it if black as dirty fluid can give you a sticky solinoid in the gearbox
