Check Brake pedal sensor (contact behind pedal), this part tends to break on alot of Hondas it will apear broken most likely. If that's not the issue you could try to check or pull fuses that are associated with the alarm (check owners manual). To overide the shifter there is a small tab next to the shifter itself pop this up with a screwdriver and then depress the tab underneath, while depressing the tab shift the vehicle out of gear. You may ask why the brake pedal sensor? When you change your car into gear from park you have to depress the brake pedal, when you depress the brake pedal the sensor becomed engaged and sends a signal to the cpu which sends a signal to a sensor by your shifter and unlocks it. If the brake pedal sensor is broken or faulty it will not engage properly and there will be no signal sent.

1999 honda accord wont start no sound not cranking battery good

I am assuming that this is a four cylinder automatic--- There is a neutral safety switch on your automatic shifter- Make sure that your shifter is all the way into park , You can unlock your shifter with your key or some like object, take it to neutral and then back to park!
2. check your starter connection to the battery, if loose or corroded clean and tighten. I don't know what level of mechanical you are but at this point take a screwdriver and cross the posts, it will spark so don't freak out. If your connection is good it should turn the engine if it does not engage or at least try then it could be a starter solenoid or if it clicks could be a starter. Now if you do this with the key on, the car might start, again don't freak out!!
3. Now there are also fuses in the starting system check you fuses
4. The worst case scenario would be a locked-up engine. Have you or do you know if the timing belt has been changed? If it broke, it could have taken out the top end of the engine ( valves, rods , cam , possible even the rods! like I said this is the worse case scenario! Hope this helps

My honda accord 2003 automatic wont let me put gear shift from Park To drive. I cant press de button to make it get to drive

Sounds like your brake interlock is not working. You can manually override it. Check your owners manual, but there should be a small square around the trim around the shifter. Pry up the square and there is a release mechanism to manually release the solenoid. It should be covered in your owners manual how to override it.
I think to replace it you need to take apart the shifter trim.

Car wont shift into gear. Gear shift moves but gears don't

It sounds like the lever from the gear shifter has come loose. I would first look at the shifter from under the car. You can also remove the boot (or console) from inside the car and check the linlage. Most linkage is held on by a small clip or cotter pin and somethime they don't stay in place anad the linkage slides off the arm..
