Ive changed the map sensor the fuel pressure regulator the plugs the wires the fuel pump and filter cap n rotor
Changing the cap, rotor, and plugs will do no good unless you have gas. First do the basics, take an old plug or pull out a new one and put it in the spark plug wire and hold it against the block. Have someone crank it over and see if there is spark. If there is spark then see if you can get a fuel pressure gauge from someone and check fuel pressure, Sometimes even the new fuel pumps are not good. When I put a new pump on I turn the key on and off several times, this allow the pump to cycle each time and build pressure. Then the engine usually fires right up when I begin cranking.
Did you checked the "check engine light", did it came up or not? I need some more input... To the check if there is a trouble code stored, turn your ing.key three time on/off without trying to start. At the 3rd. "on" a trouble code will flash, count the fishes and write it down, maybe there are more than one code, no problem I need them all. If there is no code, remove all spark plugs, connect each of them with the cable and lay them on the motor. Let someone turn the engine on. You must see the sparks on each spark plug. If you can't see them, something with the ignition system is wrong. In this case you need someone with a OBD tool to check the ECU. Let me know what happen.
Did u change the crank sensor or test it for voltage with a digital meter. is the engine getting spark..
If you ran out of gas there is a very good chance that the fuel pump relay has blown a fuse or requires a reset. Fuses and relays are in the main fuse box behind battery. When you turn your ignition on to the one setting before the starter engages you should be able to hear the fuel pump running. If it does not then check those fuses. If it does run then there is a good chance that the crank shaft positioning sensor needs replacement.

Check the fuel injectors and rails for clogging or maybe a seized up ECU. my only other thought is that your throttle position sensor may be shot.

The computer is releasing to much gas into the chamber. It something you'll have to get the computer to re-learn, or update it at the dealership. Only someone/company with a Tech2 can do as it connects to your cars computer (ECM) and once in there you can select the option to watch/measure or less / plus the fuel consumption.

If computer sees no crank sensor signal it shuts down pulses to the injectors. But, you bring something new into the mix. Make sure fender grounding is good so the relay can operate properly and make sure power going to it is not restricted by a loose or dirty contact on the power side.

who installed the CSM, sounds like it was installed incorrectly?
Also, are your battery connections tight?
