there is 1 or 2 problems you have. there is a common problem with the instrument clusters going bad,and replaceing it can solve the problem. the other is that there is a body control module behind the fuse box under the dash, and it controls the instrument cluster

Instrument panel went dead

Checked Every fuse in the fuse box (no small task). This includes #4 - Power point Instrument Panel, #14 - Day time running lamps (auto lamps doesn't work nor does auto lock), #27 - ignition switch run feed, #35 - Instrument Cluster, #41 - Instrument Cluster, #42 - Delayed Accessory, #45 - Ignition switch run/start feed, #102 - Door locks body security module, #103 - Ignition switch, #110 - Ignition switch, & #116 - Ignition switch. But I also check all other ones as well, they all register OK. AC panel & radio work. Turn signals work. Mileage does not work, trip computer does. So, basically, everything works except auto head-lights, auto locks, and the dash cluster (no MPH, RPM, mileage display, Fuel, Temp, Tran Temp, and Oil Pressure).

Rpm gauge and speedometer stoped working

It sounds like you have a faulty Instrument panel Cluster (IPC) Your local dealer will have to confirm this as independant shops don't have the scanner capabilities for this diagnostic procedure.
I hope this helps.
Thank You,

Looks like those trucks had two different fan vendors. Here are the instructions for both:

Removal & Installation Delphi To Remove:
  1. Remove the instrument panel sound insulator panel (if equipped).
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor.
  3. Remove the blower motor insulating cover screws.
  4. Remove the blower motor insulating cover.
  5. Pull the retaining tab down and rotate blower motor counterclockwise to remove.
To Install:
  1. Position the blower motor and turn assembly clockwise until tab locks in place.
  2. Install the blower motor insulating cover.
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor.
  4. Install the instrument panel sound insulator panel (if equipped).

The Speedometer and the Odometer in my Mazda Astina SP 1992 has stoped working (i think at the same time). How should I go about fixing it?

Check the fuse panel, many of the new Speedos and tachs are digital and rely on signals from the engine and transmission. check fuses related to the instrument panel or gauges.
