There is also a part on driver side about 4/5 of way toward back of engine, on top, rectangular, something off with the metal at manufacturer? will rust out in spots, go grab another one of newer model in yard and replace. Hard to see small holes can run down under block so hard to identify. Suggest uv dye to find source, only a few bucks.

Hi..my name is Keith..and if its leaking up front in the middle..its your water pump..it has a weep hole in the bottom of it..and when the bushing goes bad..the coolant comes out the hole in the bottom of the water pump..but it could be other things..but thats the most likely suspect..if not please write me back and i will help you further

Is there a freeze plug in 1992 Ford bronco

no engine told. but mostly yes that year.
heads and block
if you want to learn this
just shop for used engine googling
see all engine blocks and head sold
and bingo see freeze/core plugs.
new engine blocks are die cast are freeze plug free.
but most heads all have them.

you have a leak, best practice is find the leak first
then lay blame last.
run clean AF50% fluid never old. fresh. 5years is a good goal for flush fill.
and they never fail.
never run water for coolant ever. only mix.

MY 1992 FORD TAURUS IS LEAKING COOLANT or looks like coolant same cooler. leakin from under engine block on left and right it looks like.... and there now is a strong smell of burnt rubber that consistant...

You need to find out exactly where it is leaking out at. If you get that coolant on wires, it can cause all kinds of problems. Check your belt and make sure there is no tears and that it is not sticking. You might have a pulley sticking or something. Raise the hood and start your car, Make sure the belt is acting normal.

My 1998 ford taurus get super super hot when i am sitting at a signal, once i start the car moving again the temp goes back down to normal. or if i am sitting in driveway after car has warmed up it gets to...

First thing to check is if your cooling fan(s) at radiator is working. Sounds like may not be, and as for the fluid leak, if it's coolant, it may be from overheating while sitting idling. Get that fan checked first and once that's cured, the leak, (if coolant) may disappear as well.

Leaking coolant underneath the car by the fire wall

Most likely a heater hose has split as it enters the bulkhead on its way to the heater matrix inside the car

Worst case scenario is that a core plug has popped

1992 ford f-150 flareside coolant leak back of block

The blocks ususally have a petcock type drain plug on the sides. Check for those, they may have gone cheap and simply put a brass plug in the hole...usually mid block below the cylinder heads.

Leaking Coolant, but not from radiator???

is it possible it is your overflow bottle leaking or too full? If not These cars are bad about headgaskets. Start your car remove radiator cap and let it idle till it is up to temp and top radiator. If you have a leaking gasket or cracked head you would most probably see bubles and the water will try and come out of the radiator fill. What hapens on many is while your driving, combustion gases force the antifreez out into the overflow and it fills up and spills over.
