Engine reduced power on 06 Cadillac dts - 2006 Cadillac DTS

STD ???????? What model is that ? Crank fuse ??? what # is the fuse ? What size engine ? Looking at factory service info . for 2006 i see DTS , CTS ,SRX , STS , XLR an escalade . NO std . A short to ground would cause a fuse to blow . Check wiring harness in the engine compartment for rub marks .

There is no power steering belt - the PS pump is driven by the serpentine belt on the passenger end of the engine.

You might have had a TPMS go dead.

You have a short to ground on that power circuit ! If you don't know how to track down a short or know about automotive electric circuits you better take it to a repair shop !

you really need to scan it with a code tool and see what codes are turning light on

Get coolant temp sensor checked.

Get the coolant pressure tested, its definitely leaking coolant. You will need to get the coolant running line.

Pressure test will help you to know from where exactly coolant/refrigerant is getting leaked.

I know in my 06 CTS I had the same problem with the cigarette lighter. It came unclasped. Simply Take the complete part out (the piece with the ashtray and the cigarette lighter together and there is a plug there, make sure it is plugged in. They easily come unplugged because of the constant opening and closing of the component itself. I hope this helps on the DTS model.
