Automatic. Tried 2nd key. Can't open bonnet at moment.

This sounds stupid but it does work sometimes! Get a tennis ball, cut it in half, with as clean a cut as you can get, put plenty of grease on the cut edge of the ball to give you a good seal, place the ball above the door lock as centrally as you can and hit the ball as hard as you dare not to damage the body work. It's an old trick, but it creates a vacume on the lock causing it to pop the lock open. The alarm will go off, but you will have your keys back to turn it off. It used to work for me in the same cases, it's either that, or get the police to open it with a slip stick, it will open ANY car, but you have to have all your documents with you to prove ownership.
