There is a module that separates the turn signals from the brake lights. A local parts store should have it. It is easy to install, just follow the instructions that come with it.

The best place to connect the wiring is behind the left trim in the boot, there is a grey socket which has all that you need except the fog which can be located in the wiring loom to the left light unit.

If you have a wired tow hitch on your car you will need to mate this to the wiring harness on the tow bar. If the two wired units do not match then you will either need an adapter or will need to rewire the tow dolly or the car. If the car doesn't have a tow light unit installed you will need to install one that will mate to the tow bar light unit.
