SOURCE: need the cylinder head torque settings on a toyota

Tighten in several passes to 44 foot pounds.

I just wanted to add. Since this is an aluminum cylinder head, I hope you loosened the head in the loosening torque pattern. The pattern opposite of the torque tightening pattern. If not, you stand the chance of warping the head.

Again, since it's an aluminum head, it needs to be checked for flatness. Most aluminum heads need to be surfaced before re-installing.

Tightening torque pattern is as follows:

1.The Drivers side of the engine is the Left side.
From the Front going towards the back; the bolts are numbered 10, 6, 1, 3, and 7.
From the Front going towards the back on the Passenger side; the bolts are numbered 8, 4, 2, 5, and 9.

The Exhaust and Intake Camshaft Bearing Cap bolts go to 9 foot pounds. Tighten gradually. One bolt to the other with so many foot pounds, work back, and forth up to 9lbs.

Camshaft Timing Pulley bolts go to 43 foot pounds. (In a tightening sequence, and gradually)

Dear Sir/Madam The petrol engine in my Toyota Corolla Car (1990 model) has become very weak. I want to replace with a new and latest engine. Is it possible? If yes which engine ( latest model) will...

It will better that you think of the cost involved in the process of changing then updating the engine to be registered . There are many engines that can suit but ideally the toyota new range for the Corolla model will be good.
I would suggest that you think of changing the car to a newer model that to invest in an old car which is almost 20 years old. You must take into account that newer issues on the suspension, brakes , steering will still remain and keep costing you more money.

What grade oil for a 1990 toyota corolla with 83000 miles?

Change engine oil regularly, every 3000miles or 3months, whichever comes first. Make sure to use an API certified SAE 10W30 in summer and 5W30 in the winter. If your Corolla has extensive engine wear, 10W30 is a suitable substitute. You must not use 10W30 if temperatures are 10F and expected to fall at 0 degree Fahrenheit.
