Radio will not turn on and interior lights will not turn off

Did they not teach punctuation where you went to school? It's hard to understand all the situations you are trying to describe, since all the symptoms are run together. But I think you need to replace the BCM. Better yet, take it to a professional shop and they can confirm whether the BCM needs to be replaced.

Sounds like you have a bad fuse, and or maybe a bad relay in your dash panels. Start by looking up the fuses that affect your sunroof, then work out to the other issues. On my Ford, there is a bad relay that affects my power windows, my radio, and my interior lights. Sometimes more than one fuse is related to a system, so check all the fuses before trying relays.

Radio and clock/interior lights are two different circuits. Check your fuse block to see if it has power.

Can you turn on the lights with the Interior light switch?. If a light works, obviously the fuse is good. You will need a wiring diagram and a test light to figure out where to start.

If you wait long enough, the lights will turn off by themselves. Or if you turn the ignition back to accessories setting (ACC) and the radio should stay on and the interior lights should go off. Let me know at FixYa if I can be of further assistance. Thank you.
