I'm not sure how you know if your fuses are bad. How do I know? How do I know if its the ALC that is bad?

Fuses have a little u shape piece of metal between the posts. If a short occurs, the center u shape piece will be melted. However if the comp works fuse is probably ok. Possible the ride sensor on the rear end disconnected or damaged .if shop did the replacement take it back to them.if you did it you are going to have to retrace your steps to see if something got missed

Traction active, service ride control, service stability, sometimes brake light on dash comes on with or without abs light. also noticed drop in power (max speed 10mph) also noticed air bag lights in...

not that this is going to really help your overall problem but I can tell you that smelling antifreeze in the cabin and if the foormats are wet in the front then it is probably your heater core that has sprung a leak. Think of your heater core as a mini radiator but inside the vehicle and they are usually tucked up inside the dash somewhere and is usually quite expensive to have repaired because of all the labor involved. I just replaced mine in my 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis and it took me about 10 hours to change out. And i am a mechanic. As for your electrical problems I would personally contact the dealership and as them about recalls or technical bulletins concerning your 2003 GMC Yukon xl denali. Good Luck.

Where is the air compressor for the ride control on 06 gmc denail

Ride control compressors burn up because of leaking air line or shocks. Replacing compressor won't last long if you have a leak. Most of these units are mounted under floor near rear axle.

My 2001 yukon denali is saying serevice ride control what does that mean?

Seems like a common problem with these trucks. I thought I was the only one. I just posted this comment for someone who has a 2003.....I'm not an expert and not sure how widespread the warning message can be, but in my personal case: I have a 2001 Yukon Denali.....I have the same problem and have for many months. I took it in a few times and the GMC Dealership finally told me that It's the ride air bags. In my case they are leaking. Its not the same safety airbags in the front dash to prevent injury...but these models have air bags under the truck that automatically adjust to level when weight shift...you might hear the occasional sound coming from the back while driving or when more people are in your Denali. To me it sounds like a power tool. The Service tech told me it's not harful nor will it damage anything, but it costs about $2000 to fix, because they have to replace the whole thing. He said you may notice the sound coming on from the airbags more often because of this..because the system is working harder to adjust the weight due to the leak/loss in air. So occasionally for about a year...the light comes on....but it has done nothing else.

I hope this helps.

2003 gmc yukon denali xl starts but gas not flowing engine could it be a loose gas cap or fuel pump. Fuel filter changed. Also what does service ride control mean Singlemom03

if your engine starts up and dies right away the you probably have a fuel pump problem and the service ride control mean that your air ride compressor has gone bad just turn your key to the on position and wait about 30 seconds you will here buzzing from the left rear wheel area if the compressor is working

2003 GMC Yukon XL Denali Service Ride control info

leaking suspension air bags is the most common cause, but the system can be tested for trouble codes, I suggest u do so, only the dealer can do this, but guessing about what the problem is can get very expensive very fast.

Service ride control

The fuse is called RTD 30 amp under the hoodfuse box. That is for the Air Compressor.

Parts.com has the best price for:

Rear Suspension:
Shock W/auto level control - 1500 series

and under
electrical:
then ride control components
then compressor
