The relay clicks then the fuses blow
Any current above the 20 Ampere will cause the fuse to trip. Any shortage where in the cable, where in the car could cause this. You really should use a multimeter and a diagram, to look where the wire is going and what is connected.
This questions looks like I feel sick, what illness do I have.
The doctor will say, visit me and I do a diagnose.
Same with this, only looking in the car, using the correct tools and schematics can help finding what is wrong.

The fuse block is usually under the dashboard, as well as additional fuse box under the hood. Your owners manual would give u that info, if u don't have one, it can be purchased @ Lexus site, don't know how much though. If fuses aren't labeled as u say, just pull them out 1 at a time and check to see which one is burned out. An auto parts store would probably help u locate the fuse box under the dash, (which is where I think the blown fuse is) they want to sell parts, and offer a lot of free services to customers such as testing components, installing wipers etc. good luck countrycurt0

You have a short in your system. Most likely from the fuse you replaced you are going to have to trace wires and figure out exactly where the short is located and replace the wiring.

SOURCE: where is fuel pump on
almost every fuel injected vehicle has the electric fuel pump in the gas tank, many require that the tank be loosened from the car but some have access panels under rear seat/trunk or fender to get to them. they are not always fused...
