How do you service the stabilitrac

The solution to the 'stablitrack alarm and check engine alarm' may not make sense, at least it didn't make sense to me. I found one solution that indicated there was trouble with the EGR ( exhaust gas recircultor ) sensor was not functioning. I replaced it for about $80 bucks and 30 mins. I reset the alarms and my problem was
fixed so far anyway.

What does it mean when the Stabiliytack Off message is displayed and what do i need to do to fix it.

this gm s stability control for vehicles their are sensors and controller --what it does is acts like your abs system it keeps vehicle on path if going into a corner to fast will sense it and apply enough brake to slow so wont slide or excessive roll in vehicle ---problems can be a stablitrack sensor--abs sensor-- bad hub---bad suspension part--out of alignment these can cause a check light ----you probably wont feel any difference in you ride

Same routine every time

Can't diagnose the unknown & you do have a

Need to reset the button for the mileage the perform service keeps coming on

The shop service manual is rather vague on this subject.
It says that you must select "Service Interval" and once in the service interval display, the interval can be changed by pressing the "Step" button.
The "Reset (Yes/No)" display only becomes available when the service interval is changed.
It doesn't explain where these buttons or the display is located.

This proceedure is probably better explained in the Owner's Manual.
