depressing the lever just turns on high beam momentarily. Keep on depressing until to you hear the switch "clicked" in to turn on and stay on. "De-clicking will turn it off.

Replace any blown fuses, and check or replace the head light relay.

Sounds like it's in the actuator itself - the part that you move on the steering wheel or dash to put the high beams on or the headlight switch itself.. Find the ground wire on the headlights and run a new wire from that directly to the body somewhere so it gets a good ground, or directly to the neg side of the battery.

Forget the dealer,they obviously don't care to help you

They say it is a fuse,why don't they resolve the issue

Go to a competent repair shop

Could be a faulty dimmer switch or short in the circuit.

It's a shorted or worn out headlight dimmer switch mounted on the column.

Your alternator may be pushing to high of voltage.

RECOMENDATION:
-Have the alternator checked for high voltage. You can even measure it yourself with a voltmeter on the battery while car is running at a high idle and all electrical components turned off and fully charged the voltage should be 14.2.
-Check for a solid connection at the bulb, you should have to push the connector on with some effort.

The hi beams when activated will have all headlight on. If you have to hold the swith in to keep them on that means the switch will not click into the locking mode to keep them on for you. Once you pull back the lever you should hear a faint click. That will lock the high beams on. Pull it again and the same click will be heard and that releases the high beams to off

This could be a bad switch or the relay. I hope this helps.

double check the bulb. swap the two bulbs if it's only one side of low beams are out (to see if it's the bulb). also take a look at the wiring itself, including where the bulb plugs in, for corrosion or breakage.
