Yes, You Can do it. Normally Glow plugs located near the Injectors. But you have to use Rust off Liquid.(WD 40) Because, When you try to remove glow plug it can broken.If glow plug broken you have to dismental your engine Head.

follow top hose from radiator to engine, it connects to steel tube with a plat and 2-3 boltshold plate down. sypgon radiator down into clean bucket, remove bolts, take out thermostat, clean both mounting surfaces very clean until only metal showing put in new thermo put gasket on tighten bolts and add antifreeze
