Kia audio units have a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty Is your vehicle past this in miles ? If so it has an internal circuit issue and needs sent in to be repaired

If the vehicle is brand new, you should take it back to the dealer and have it repaired under warranty.

Feb 13, 2012 - There is no fuel reset switch. There is a fuel pump fuse within the fuse box and there is a relay inside of the electrical panel in the engine .

Kia soul 2011 have timing chain or timing belt?
Check the front of the engine for the timing cover. If the cover is aluminum, then your engine has a timing chain and not a belt. The 1.6L Soul engines are equipped with a timing chain after 2010.
