SOURCE: need fuse box diagram

It should be on the cover or door of the box, molded into the plastic. not easy to see

very easy way follow the evap canister vacuum line also it goes to under the powerv supply pat .and check the engine pcv valf line and breaking hose ,and around of the throtle ..because the vacum problem connected with this systeems

Loose vacuum line

That is probably just a vent hose for your gearbox or front differential. It doesn't need to be connected anywhere other than the gearbox.
