very easy way follow the evap canister vacuum line also it goes to under the powerv supply pat .and check the engine pcv valf line and breaking hose ,and around of the throtle ..because the vacum problem connected with this systeems

There is a vacuum hose diagram under the hood, either on the radiator cowl cover or the underside of the hood.

fuel filter is clogged try replacing it

That is probably just a vent hose for your gearbox or front differential. It doesn't need to be connected anywhere other than the gearbox.
