Check all fuses and relays. As far as the gas gauge, you may need a new fuel pump, fuel pump relay, or the float on the fuel pump is loose or came off from ear and tear. The mirrors: check the fuses; also, check, or have the button panel in the door checked to ensure the connection are secure. May need a new switch for the mirrors. I am not familiar with this vehicle; but this is what I suggest doing to solve the issues.

Hello, Last year General Motors lost a lawsuit about the instrument panels in 2002 to 2005 trucks. The following website contains all the information about this lawsuit settlement.

This impacts the entire gauge cluster in your vehicle.
I have the same year and model as yours and my speedo is never accurate and the tach always read 6000.
The issue is the metal bearings that the gauge meter movements use. The bearings are getting dry which impedes the meter movement.

i had this happen to my base model 1984 el camino (previous owner installed the ss guage panel because he wanted the tach).. i had gotten my transmission rebuilt then 2 days later as im heading to school i realize my gas guage, tach, and voltmeter werent moving.. i checked the fuse, tried everything i could to fix it... ended up being a corroded wire running along the transmission... so yeah, check the fuse labelled "gauges".. i the fuse is fine then have it checked by a repair shop unless you can get to the wiring yourself
