SOURCE: how to change oil transmission isuzu rodeo 2003

There are two drain plugs on the bottom of the pan. remove the lower one to drain the trans fluid. To refill, use a pump and pump the fluid into the upper drain plug until it seeps out and re-install the plug, similar to refilling a manual trans.
Once this is done, Start the vehicle and run it for about 3 minutes, shifting through all gears (do not drive vehicle Remove the upper drain plug and let any excess fluid drain out. Done. This is as per Mitchell OnDemand.

SOURCE: 2001 isuzu rodeo has intermittent starting problems

check battery cables & terminals for tightness & corrosion.also check at starter.check starter bolts & actual starter for looseness.if no problems found your starter may be on its way out.next time it happens hit starter with hammer or heavy object if it starts right up get ready to replace it.good luck

SOURCE: Crank Sensor in 94 Isuzu Rodeo

it's on the bottom of the motor, towards the back on the passenger side. It has a small clip of wires and one screw holding it on. You may want to pull it up on ramps- if it'll run- otherwise, get under the Rodeo, it's up a little higher than the oil pan, and to the passenger side. (it's right on top of the two lines that run to the bottom of the radiator.) You will need a 10mm socket to remove it. I have added a few pics showing the location (i just completed this task myself)

Could be three things, battery, alternator or starter,Autozone will test them on your engine for free, takes only a few minutes, but the starter has to be test off the engine,if your able to drive it,go there first.

My 95 isuzu rodeo has a rebuild alternator that test out good BUT DOES not charge battery

Someone would need to check the circuits between the alternator and the battery and the key switch for a blown fuse or bad connection.

Engine will not start after changing battery in 2004 Isuzu Rodeo

Get yourself a can of starting fluid spray, and spray NO MORE than a two second burst into the air intake after removing the filter. Then crank it. If it fires (very briefly), your problem is low or no fuel delivery to the engine.

2001 isuzu rodeo doesnt always start. new

Dirty terminals, happens all the time. Did you have the battery tested? Or just know it's OK? Did you check the water? How about the electrolytes? Get the terminals cleaned off with a wire brush, and scrape the insides, make sure they are tight. I have replaced more batteries this week, must be the weather. One was stone dead, 5 volts and still started the car?? Couldn't believe it, good car. The other 2 were dead with 12+ volts but wouldn't start anything, both got new terminals, and both got cleaned up. NO problems. Check it out. Lastly, the solenoid in the starter could be bad if everything else checks out, whack it with a hammer while turning the key, if it jumps, you found it.

I lost my keys for my 2003 rodeo

you will have to get a dealer to cut new keys to code that dealers have access to and then get them to program to car but also erase old keys so vehicle wont start with old keys
or next more expensive option is new keys, ignition barrel and door barrels replaced which are differently same coded key and locks as well as programming and erasing old keys.

Intermittent starting Problem. Changed battery already

possibly the metal contacts in the starter have worn down and need to be replaced, I had that problem with my rodeo 90 model, had to keep clicking on the ignition key until it started, auto electrician said I need a recon starter $300+ dollars but I bought 2 new brushes $5 and put them in and had no more trouble
