+10 years later late summer of 2022 in 112 heat in Las vegas--My 2006 Pacifica - Has No blower operations--it is Blowing 40 Amp Fuses-I Tested & Found 3ohms of resistance (2.6 ohms to be exact) off of my blower motor power leads, tested this across the external connections of the Motor (green & Black) using a volt meter in resistance mode-
The resistance of a new motor is .04 ohm, as a comparison... this fact warranted the motors removal and replacement
Upon pulling the old motor out found the spindle to not be spinning freely or was frozen, hence the additional load variance.
I will take this old motor apart to see if the fusing of winding exists, in all probability-
So I Replaced The Motor and Resistor pak for good measure since both were the original equipment from 2006.
All works quite well now.
I hope this helps others out with similar HVAC blower non-op issues, I believe this scenario should be the same for any make model vehicle......

SOURCE: 2004 Chrysler Pacifica Blower won't work

Usally when a blower motor resistor goes bad the fan still runs on high. The resistor lowers the voltage going to the fan to make it run slower. The high setting usually goes straight thru. Resistors are usually easy to get to, under good on the firewall or under dash passenger side. Cost about $24 at parts store. Replace with new if that doesn't work return it.

Blower for heater stopped running

There is a blower motor resistor in the system, and they do wear out. However if you heard the motor was having issues, I would check that out as well. Here is a video on changing the blower motor resistor:

How to fix my fan in my pacifica crysler car

Are you saying the blower motor for the hvac stops? If so, when problem is ongoing, check the blower wiring connector for voltage and ground, find out what your missing. If voltage and ground are good with no blower motor action, have to suspect the blower motor.

Where applicable, check hvac trouble codes, see if anything shows up. Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free, if there are any.

I'm a jack of all trades and a master of none.

04 pacifica hvac fan will not work on start up

Since you eliminated the relay and blower resistor as possible problems, the only thing left is an intermittent blower motor. Have had the problem before and when the motor was replaced, the problem was gone.

04 pacifica front blower stopped working, back blower works doing a delay count down

chances are it is the blower motor resistor, it is located under the glove box and can be identified as the small object that the fan wires connect to and since it is cooled by the blower you can reach in and make sure the fan blades will turn if you push them. blower are known to go out but that is usually due the bearings wearing out and it would have been screeching loudly for the last several months. if you want to check the fan motor you can make sure it physically spins and check for resistance on the 2 wires with a multimeter.
if you decide to replace the resistor yourself (which should take 15 min) buy the part from a local store as there are 2 different blower motor resistors used in 04 and 05 pacifica and no good way to identify the 2 different versions you can return the wrong part and present them with the part you removed from the car for them to match up

The cooling fan on my 2006 chrysler pacifica wont blow?

Look under the hood above the battery. In the box are your fuses and relays look for a bad fuse or a bad blower motor relay. If you read the cover you will see there are spare relays in the box just swap them

2006 chrysler pacifica air blinder not work only the vent for heating are blowing air i can't get it to switch to defrost or floor vent Could this have something to do with the blower relay switch...

the blower relay switch controls the blower motor, this sounds more like an air blend switch on the heater control head on the dash, not making the switch over in that switch.it could be the air blend door motor on the heater duct under the dash on the passenger side.this can be checked with a scan tool that has the capability to communicate with the bcm computer on this car.

I have a 2004 Pacifica and the blower motor runs on high all the time, can't get it to work on slower speeds

The high blower works off a relay in the high speed only so the fan switch is at fault on your vehicle
Replace the fan blower control speed switch which is the one you adjust the lower fan speeds
