disconnect the tubes and blow through each one to make sure nothing is in them and then take a straight pin and poke it in each hole to clear those out if no washer solution comes through then then it maybe the washer pump motor listen to hear if the pump is working while someone pushs the button

try taking a pin and cleaning the holes on the squirters and if that does not work check the washer pump it is located on the washer fluid tank

Pump can be changed while the bottle is in place, take the cover off and get to the bottle, unhook the wire grip from the motor and pry the motor out making sure you dont damage the bottle.
