SOURCE: T100 tail lights & dash light keep blowing fuses

If this vehicle has a trailer harness, that could be the problem; it could be shorted out. Additionally, if there is no trailer harness, look under the truck bed at the rear, look for a grey wiring connector that wires come out of, and run to the taillamps. I have observed corrrosion in this connector, which will result in a short circuit. You may find it necessary to cut the connector out and resplice the wires back together (eliminate the connector), if severe corrosion is indeed present.

SOURCE: tail light/dash lights out

You probably have a bare wire at the back of your car that is shorting out on the frame, or against another bare wire.

SOURCE: 2005 Toyota Corolla air conditioner is cold but

The air flow does not 'increase' with the recirc button pressed. The fan motor blows at specific speeds, no matter whether fresh or recirc is selected. The recirc feature is there so that you do NOT admit 'fresh/hot' air from the outside into the AC box. In short, the recirc feature is to re-use, or, recirculate the existing air in the car. When it is properly working, on a hot day, the recirc selection should drop the internal temperature at the center air vent about 6 degrees lower than with the fresh selected.

My dash light fuse keeps blowing on my 1998 toyota lite ace noah

This is most likely a short. You can test it by using an ohm meter in your fuse box by testing the terminals for where the fuse goes. If it is a short, you will then have to trace the wires in the dash to find out where the bare or broken wire may be.
