t should be in the center dash right under the stereo but if u cant locate it their its going to be on the passenger side under the dash its the one not connected to anything. its probably blue and it has a lot of pins since its obd2 hope u find it!
Oh, you must mean the diagnostic connector. I think on all post '96 vehicles it's just beneath the dash on driver's side, protruding out a little from bottom edge of the dash.
Check the lighter fuse, it is usually on it's own circuit and your owners manual should show which fuse it is. The adapter may also be bad for the GPS, see if the lighter will function and get hot.
YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 28 PSI ON LOW SIDE AND 200 PSI ON THE HIGH SIDE.CHECK TO SEE IF POWER IS GOING TO COMPRESSOR CLUTCH COIL.IF NOT CHECK FUSE AND RELAY.IF ALL IS GOOD.YOU HAVE POWER TO COMPRESSOR CLUTCH.YOUR HVAC SWITCH IS BAD.
