Steering valve not set to neutral.

that is weird, could be a squeak in your hvac fan, see if it changes with speed of fan, usually a beep is accompanied by a light on the dash as well

sounds like you have a bad ground in the dash area or possibly the brake arm is contacting or rubbing a wire when you press on it. these wires problems are hard to find and take a lot of time. start by investigating the brake peddle area

you may need to check all your fuses just in case.also check to be sure the horns plugged in.if all this is good replace the horn itself under the hood.. hope this helps!!

Raise the headlights, either with the switch or manually by turning the knob on the headlight motor counter-clockwise.
Unplug the lights NOW to avoid an accidental closing on your fingers,
Remove the 3 philips screws holding the black plastic surrounding the headlights, and slide it forward, there is a small clip on the top that helps hold it to a corresponding clip at the top of the headlight,
Look inside the cavity and you can see the 5 nuts/bolts ( 6 on later years ) that need to be removed,
If you are on the driver's side you can now remove the whole assembly, on the passenger's side you must first unplug the headlight door control module.

assuming you mean replacing the bulb? about $2.00 a bulb
the bulb is push and twist, open the hood and remove the plastic cover then remove the bulb by pushing it down and twist it a little till it pops out. I see only one light , I think my 1994 vette has two

Are you getting power to the solenoid when you press lock/unlock? If you are, because of the age I would suggest looking at the door latch asm.'s. They are known to rust up and cause malfunctions.

What system do you have? The Delco Bose system has amps in the speakers. If they're out, you get no sound. You may have power out of thge receiver to the amp, but none from the amp to the speaker. I have two speakers/amps that went out on me.
