I don't know about your 'vette specifically, but many cars use vacuum actuators to control where which vents receive the blower's air. This symptom suggests you have a broken or disconnected vacuum hose.

No air coming from panel vents, blower working

Hello, I've had this problem before. On drivers side under the hood back near the brake booster, under the top of the fender fold. Look there, there may be a tiny hose disconnected from the nipple. Use your fingers to find the nipple, seems to be a common problem. Now, with the car not heating, what do you mean? Temp never gets up or the vents are not blowing heat? 2 different problems.

1996 Chevy Astro A/C heater air vents will not blow air

the blower motor is under the hood on the pass side. u have to remove the wiper and radiator bottles and also the head light. than take out the 7 bolts that hold the blower motor in than u have to remove the squirel cage before the motor will come out. or it could be the Blower Motor Resistor.

The blow motor fan is not blowing out air through the vents at the amount it should blow. The speed button turns to high but no air coming out of the vents. I can feel the air when my hands are against...

quite simple ,look under the passenger side and between the blower motor and the heater unit is a pollen filter ,either clean it out or renew it ,they are not that expensive. You may have to remove the glove box to gain access to the filter though as model and year not stated i cannot look in my book

The blower stopped blowing heat in my 2006 Jeep commander. i can feel warmth on th vent, the blower makes noise but nothing is coming out

You need to replace the blower motor. These are usually located under the hood on the rear fire wall, commonly on the passenger side. This is a fairly new Jeep, so it may be under the dash itself inside. Go to an auto parts store to make the purchase (or wrecking yard for cheaper one) and inquire as to it's whereabouts.
Please let me know if you need further assistance. Also, make sure that you do not have any leaks (just to be safe) and that your Jeep is not overheating. Common causes of overheating are the thermostat, hole in a hose, or a plugged heater core.

My 1993 Chevy G20 van stop blowing air from vents

Your blower motor burned out. Usually under the dash board on the passenger side or it could be under the hood on the firewall on the passenger side. Check out Autozones website.

Air and heat not blowing air through vents

Either Your fan switch is burned out or you blower motor is no good, your blower motor is on the passenger side under the dash. Before you replace any parts you need to check your fuses and relays under your hood and in the car. Usually if your fan switch goes bad you will still get some air blowing thru the vents, so my guess would be blower motor, If its not a blown fuse or relay.

A/C unit fan is nolonger blowing air.

Either a bad blower motor or blower motor resistor. If the air is coming from the defroster only, check for a disconnected or broken vacuum line under the hood by the passenger firewall.
