Looking at a wiring diagram the fuse for the rear view camera is F53UA .- 10 Amp. Is located in the under hood fuse box . Well , that's what it shows . Dome lamp is powered by the BCM - body control module. Your best bet mite be to take it to the dealer .
The fuse box is located under the dash on the driver's side of the vehicle, just to the left of the steering column. You can see the fuse numbers on the fuse cover. Dome light fuse is #F9.
There is no fuse marked for dome light's in the rear fuse box. The BCM - body control module controls the dome / courtesy light's .
The body control module (BCM) monitors the courtesy lamp switch signal circuit in order to determine when the courtesy/dome lamps should be illuminated. When the BCM senses that the courtesy lamp switch signal circuit is grounded when the switch is activated, the BCM will directly illuminate the courtesy/dome lamps.

There are 2 fuse boxes / fuse panels in nearly every Ford product: one
directly above the driver's left foot (when the driver is actually
sitting in the driver's seat). The other is inside the engine
compartment, on the right side - contains high current fuses.
The window fuses should be in the fuse box inside the car. It appears that fuses #10 (30AMP), #11 (15AMP) and #26 (10AMP) are the
only relevant fuses associated with the power window circuit for this
vehicle, according to the Ford wiring diagram. Hope this helps.
I think replacing fuse #26 should fix both the windows and the dome light.
Hello! The fuse is located in under-hood box #2...Face the front of the vehicle ...It is on the drivers side fender wall, about mid-engine..It is called the "dome" fuse; 15A
