Tubes burned out

If you are talking about your heater, sounds like the heater matrix may have a fault, yes. .. I agree.
Take your vehicle to an auto electrician to diagnose, get recommendations if you can. It might be suggested that tthe problem is a fuse, a fuse might blow because of a fault but will probably not explain the underlying caose for the failure.

2003 mercury sable blows cool air when heater is turned on.

Most likely it is a clogged heater core. Have your heater core reverse flushed or your blend door is stuck open.

Heater or defroster fan wont shut off Continues to run after motor is off.

Whoever diagnoses it will have to have a wiring diagram and look at the heater fan circuit, in order to trace the problem.

My truck wont blow out any hot air, just cold. i put a new radiator and thermostat in it. it is full of anti freeze

Try removing the Heater hoses from heater tubes(be careful not to break heater tubes off) then back flush heater core with garden hose(Don't use a lot of pressure). Jell from antifreeze builds up in the heater core and blocks the coolant flow. If it is easier, remove the heater hoses from the engine, that is safer. Back flush the heater from the hoses. To Back Flush (The hose coming from the water pump is the inlet)(Hose going to Manifold is outlet) Back flush outlet hose! To much water pressure may cause damage to heater core!!!! Do Not ues AIR!!!!

My heater is not working. The blower blows hot

Start first with the simple ones which may likely be the cause of the problem and can be easily fixed. The heater is connected to the engine. Specifically, the engine coolant runs to tubings in the car and passes to the car's heater. Check the tubing if the connections are loose. Other than that you will have to check the vents under the dash if there is actual warm air coming into the system. IT may be blocked or it does not get to the outlet. Other than that this may need a specialist.

Rear heat or rear air conditoner not workin in my 1997 gmc safari

two different problems !

Rear heater problem: find under the hood where is hose for cooling liquid goes to front heating core!
you will see there also vacuum tubesgoing in to little valve ! disconnect the vaccum tubes ( engine off)
and spray in wd 40 in to the vlave ... valve is stuck and wont open flow to rear heater !

you do not have to replace tha thing . its very well made and because you dont turn this often in summer
it gets stuck. i had same problem. also make sure vacuum is working - Engine running turn rear heater on - vacuum sucks to open valve. and before that make sure fuse is ok .

for rear AC mine does not work either and it is leak on pipes that go from front to rear .. 10 feet of pipes and tubing $$ expensive repair ... forget it ... open the window...
