Why does my 95 gmc sierra sputter while rolling, I dont know if it's electrical or fuel problem

FOUND THE CYLINDER THAT FAIL AND CK AGAIN

TUNE-UP, SPARK PLUGS, WIRES, AIR & FUEL FILTERS, FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER IN TANK, ALSO REPLACE PCV VALVE, & MOST IMPORTANT, REPLACE EGR VALVE, IT GETS TOTALLY CLOGED UP, YOUR ENGINE IS KNOWN FOR THAT. I HAVE A GNC 2500, 3/4 TON. SEEN IT ALL. CHANGE YOUR DISTRIBUTOR CAP & ROTOR ALSO. JUST DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!

Check your fuel filter again. Dirt from the tank could have clogged it again.

plastic distributor ? wrong screws in rotor? timing?

Have you replaced the fuel filter recently?

I would start there.
It is easy, inexpensive and often gets forgotten about.

If changing the filter doesn't help, you will know fuel flow is not the problem.

Testing your fuel pressure would be your next thing to check. But definately change the filter before that, as it may solve your bogging issue.

I have had your symptoms a few times in the past and cured them this way.

This engine may just be wore out. Did you check the compression?

try replacing the spark plugs,wires,distributer cap and rotor(TUNE UP). also replce the fuel filter and air filter while your at it.

Maf or map sensor is bad or egr stuck open.

Had a loose Distributor cap and spark plug. Changed out the plug wires anyway and truck runs great.

what kind of exhaust do you got, the converter actually may help get better mileage. scan egr for errors in emmisions, get the timing checked mabe running rich, check pcv valves,test knock sensor, 02 sensor( scan might not pick up) lemme know how it goes
