SOURCE: i change my car battery and now my cd player will not turned on

HI. this vehicle has a theft system that will kick in if the battery is dead or disconnected from the vehicle. The radio is in lock mode and can only be unlocked by inputting a standard code specifically made for this vehicles radio. Most of these codes are located in the owners manual. If you have lost your manual, you can call the dealership for this code or, send for it by contacting Nissan.

pleas rate and god bless.

My 2002 nissan altima ate my cd and won't play or eject it. Instead it makes a grinding sound. I love that cd and would love to listen to cds in my car in the future! Please help

there seems to be a serious problem with the CD player, unfortunately your CD has gone to CD heaven, as for the CD player it may be cheaper to replace it than to repair it.......hope this helps......cheers.

Rapid clicking noise coming from under the dashboard.

If you have a tape cassette player in the dash, this can cause a sound like what you are describing. Even though a tape is not in it,,, it can still freak out and cause this sound. Had this happen on several of my old vehicles. Let us know if this helps. Leave feedback for others to see. Thanks.

I have an 03 nissan altima engine makes loud clicking noise

1st check the the oil level and the vehicle's oil type.(owners manuel) 5w30-10w30
10w 30 is a thicker oil and could possibly be causing this.(Moves more freely through the engine heats the oil)

2000 nissan altima

your cv joint is bad. Instead of fixing the cv joint it is actually easier and cheaper to have or replace the entire axle your self. Because it comes with a cv joint and you get a new axle also.

The cable from the battery to the solenoid needs replacing or the connections need cleaning
If you are handy, the starter can be rmoved without too much work and exchanged for a rebuilt/remanufactured one
