Call GM customer service in Canada or USA tell them what your problem is its a 2011 tell them!!!! make sure you get customer service have your Serial number ready and they will get you to a dealer that will fix it. Make a big complaint and tell them you are going to give this car back to them just atch ans see, I fthey dont cal back again and speak to head manager trouble shooting and complaints of GM.The way they sound they cant find any problems sounds worse than that its a caddi they have dash ,cluster electrical problems you still have warranty its a year and half old :)

You will need to contact Cadillac service at your local dealership. Give them the serial number on the radio. They can then pull the anti theft lock code from their companies archive. The serial number on the radio is typically tied to a VIN, but since you bought just the part, they can't search that way. Hope that helps.

the easiest way is to take the part into the parts store to compare them, ( which is always a good idea when buying new parts) another way , call the dealer with your serial number of the vehicle, that usually tells what options and extras are on your vehicle, and they can look it up for you,

Unfortunetly Cadillacs have way to many control modules anyway, So I would be able to tell you what this is just by numbers. And Cadillac is stingy with their parts and don't like to release them to parts stores, like chrysler. What is your car doing or not doing, maybe I can tell you what it is from symptoms.

your 8th digit of the serial number will tell you that. if it's 9 or Y = V8 4.6 liter, or if it's B = V8 4.9 liter

Cadillac usually stamped the VIN on the first crossmember lip just in front of the radiator, and you should be able to view it by looking down just in front of the radiator towards the driver side, and you might need to take some sandpaper to it in order to actually read it, but that is also not always the case and if it is not located there then let me know.

you need to look under the rear of the car and look for air lines to the shocks, or simply call the GM dealer and give them your serial number and they will tell you what was on the build sheet.

Remove the radio and get serial number and your vin number and go to dealer and they can get factory rate code for it

try taking the unit out. there is a sticker on it with a serial number
call your dealer and tell them that you need a code " service department "
they will ask for the serial number on the radio
once you give the serial number they will look it up and give you the code
do not try to put a " random " code this will lock your radio and you will have to unlock it before putting the code in it.
if the screen shows " code " you are fine, just get the code and voile.
if your screen shows " waiting " the radio is locked up and i will assis you on that matter once you get the code.
