Need brake schematic

'99,2500, 6.0, GMC Sierra,4x4
where do we find the correct diagram?
(each year is different)
replaced part of brake line where it had rusted; ( now won't bleed on
passenger side ) we're told it maybe hooked up backwards-
would Chilton Manuel show us? or do we have to look at another truck of that year? Thank you-

If you only patched I doubt if you could have reversed the system. you could have a clogged line wheel cylinder or caliper.

SOURCE: replacing front rotor

after removing the wheel &caliper depending on rust build up you may need to hit the rotor between the wheel studs this may take some time after removal check for rust build up on hub remove rust with hammer, sanding&scraping put some anti seize lube around hub making sure no rust is caught in between depending if you are replacing the pads you have to push the caliper piston back with a large pair of chanel lock pliers or suitable tool, then you can reassemble.thanx from schleck

You only have a few choices. Buy a repair manual at a parts store. Go online and google wiring for your truck and you might find it posted for free. Go to Alldata .com and pay for the info you need or ask nicely at a repair shop or dealer that can print off the required info.

Brake lights do not work on a 1993 v-6 PU Can I obtain a schematic wiring diagram from you?

You need to replace the brake light switch (aka stop light switch) which is mounted on the upper brake pedal, with a electric plug in. If this doesn't help, let me know.

Need to replace brake line from rear axle forward on a 1996 gmc sierra 1500 pu xcab. i need a diagram.

Chanses are it broke behind the gas tank wear it runs along the frame rail. You don't need a diagram to fix that, just unhook it at both ends and break it off or cut it off buy the tank and take the pieces with you to a auto parts store and they will match it up with new line, just take a tape measure and measure from the rear axel to the front block or perportioning valve, and don't worry about the piece behind the tank, just run the new line alongside the old one behind the tank unless you want to pull the tank out.
