P0003 Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit Low The link will give you some info about p0003 code. From what I've read, it may be that one of the injector's wiring may be faulty. It is best to have a scan done using a computer scan tool.
code p0440 refers to evaporative emission (EVAP) system--malfunction=== causes --hose connections --intake leak--EVAP canister purge valve
code po441 refers to EVAP --incorrect flow detected==causes the same as for po440
code po446 refers to EVAP system vent control --circuit malfunction===causes --wiring---EVAP can purge valve--ECM
generally I would replace the purge valve as it is common to all codes
Are you sure your code is p0003.I checked all the codes and there is no p0003.Do you mean p0300.This is a misfire code. Also how many miles on your vehicle. If it has under 36k then it is still under warranty and the dealership will repair it under warranty at no charge to you.Let me know.

sorry to say, this is typical of the echo, after a couple yrs, the fill tube begins collapsing, not allowing enuff fuel flow,, your alternatives are to replacew the fill tubes, or to just pump fuel very slowly.
go to any kragen or autozone parts store, they will run the test for trouble code that turned light on for free, tell them u want an OBD 2 trouble code test, then post the code here.
