Please verify the year of your truck. A 2003 Chevy Trailblazer has a 4L60E transmission. This transmission does not have a vacuum modulator valve. The 4L60 uses a vacuum modulator valve but the last year for that transmission was 1992. The perpose of the modulating valve is to control/regulate line pressure. The line pressure in a 4L60E is computer controlled or controlled electrically.
I'm finding that you can buy Audi TT turbo charger kits if you'd like for your Audi TT to be turbo charged. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Renault car key
Hi, This code is related to the transmission. Have you had any work done on the Exploder recently?
Code: P0775 - Pressure Control Solenoid B Malfunctiond
Possible causes - Faulty line pressure solenoid B valve - Line pressure solenoid B valve harness or connectors - Line pressure solenoid B valve circuit is open or shorted - Low transmission fluid level - Dirty transmission fluid Help with this When is the code detected? The P0775 is detected when TCM detects an improper voltage drop when it tries to operate the solenoid valve.
Hello, the 2003 impala's dont have a transmission modulator valve. this transmission is electronic controlled by the power train control module. the transmission uses a pressure control sol. inside the transmission instead of a vac. operated modulator valve. if you are having a late harsh shifting problem, this would be more in the area of a pressure control sol. at fault
P0775 FORD - Pressure Control Solenoid B Malfunction
Possible causes
- Faulty line pressure solenoid B valve - Line pressure solenoid B valve harness or connectors - Line pressure solenoid B valve circuit is open or shorted - Low transmission fluid level - Dirty transmission fluid
Hope this helps...
it is VERY unlikely that a seven year old car would need that much done to it, unless it had 200,000 or more miles on it. New oil should be the color of honey, not dark brown. That's the easy check.
SOUND LIKE TRANSMISSION SLIPPING. CHECK TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL.IF FLUID LEVEL OKAY BUT FLUID LOOKS DARK SMELL BURNT.CHANGE TRANSMISSION FLUID AND FILTER ADD SOME VALVE BODY TREATMENT TO LOOSEN STICKEN SHIFT VALVES.ADD TO TRANSMISSION FLUID DONT OVER FILL TRANSMISSION WILL CAUSE OVERHEAT. IF TRANSMISSION FLUID GOOD FILTER ALREADY BEEN CHANGED.IF ALL GOOD ENGINE BEEN TUNED UP OTHER POSSIBLE CAUSES FOR TRANSMISSION SLIPPING NOT GOING TO OVER DRIVE COULD BE THROTTLE SHIFT CABLE OUT ADJUSTMENT OR STRETCHED. TORQUE CONVERTER FAULTY OR SHIFT VALVES TO TORQUE CONVERTER OR OVER DRIVE STUCK IN VALVE BODY. VALVE BODY FAULTY. AND HAVE VECHICLE SCANNED FOR FAULTY VECHICLE SPEED SENSOR OR FAULTY THROTTLE CONTROL MODULE OR FAULTY THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR. THEY WILL EFFECT TRANSMISSION SHIFT TO OVER DRIVE IF FAULTY.
It could be your Torque Converter slipping, have the car brought in to a transmission shop and have them do a transmission line pressure test. It could be a simple transmission boost valve that needs to be replaced to bring the transmission line pressure up to keep it from slipping.
See if the problem
goes away when the brake pedal is pressed slightly to unlock converter.
Have a shop verify line pressure, and provided no valves in the TCC
hydraulic circuit are worn, replace the torque converter. Also, Lubegard
Shudder Fix will at least fix this for awhile. Or try a transmission
flush by a shop that a dirty EPC valve screen could be causing a low transmission pressure.
