Hello SUBY brother, you need to report this to your nearest Subaru authorized service, particularly since your 09 model car is under manufacturer warranty

First try to reset alarm by inserting key in drivers door lock and lock and unlock-if this does not work try tail lock as well.

starter is going bad it wont spin til it cools down the insulation is bad if it turns and wont start id check crank sensor
