Start with checking the battery , then the ignition key
Will the key turn?? if it will but car wont start - leave key in the ignition 10 - 30 minutes so it will reset itself! I been thru that - had ignition replaced $605 + change :(
Gm has a recall on most vehicles there are a few that are listed
pontiac g5 chevroler venture the ignition switches on these cars are defective they wont turn or pop out also did you notice if your srs lamp on aka airbag lamp in the recall campain air bags are affected due to loss of power causeing no power codes to flash in the obd2 system airbags eont deploy in a colision
best bet would be to bring it to the deslership an remind them of the lawsuit against chevrolet and gm get it fixed for free towing as well
other senerio tumblerd are wornn out on the key lock and is not affected by recall lock cylinder has to be replaced
