If you're sure that the system has been bled properly, then you probably have a problem inside the transmission. Could be a broken clutch fork or blown release bearing. Make sure you've checked the hydraulics first though, sometimes it is difficult to get all the air out and you may need to use a pressure bleeder. Most brake shops have these.
