you will need to inspect all of the left side blinker bulbs one of the bulbs that is supposed to blink is bad my buddy has a caviler that had the same problem one of the bulbs ended up being bad it was the rear drivers side bulb. there is also a flasher relay locater under the dash that tends to go bad just listen for the ticking and replace the flasher the flasher costs about 8 bucks at you autopart store ask for a flasher relay. i hope this helps.

First try that new bulb in the other working side just to double check it. If it blinks then great. Second take a pocket knife or a toothbrush size wire brush and scrape the inside of the bulb housing so the bulb can get a better ground, Clean the conntact point that the end of the bulb sits on in the bottom of the housing too. To change the bulbs all you have to do is put a flat blade screw driver on the right side of the bulb housing and gently push to the left (towards the driver's side). This will release the catch holding it in and it will drop out and down on the end of its wiring connector. Twist the bulb counter clockwise to release it. Replace the bulb and just put the housing back into the opening left side first, then just push up on the right side till you hear a click.

you need to replace the rear driver side light bulb. it will fix the problem.
