CV joints would be my best guess. You won't hear them if your not turning through you should still hear them anytime you turn cold or warm. Check the outer CV boots, if busted (grease leaking out) that's most likely the problem

Hello There

Have you checked to see you have the right tyre pressure. The only solution to your problem is new tyres with softer compound. A tyre that is made for both wintre and summer. The dry or summer tyres have a harder compund and make more noise on the road.

Hope this helps. Please don't forget to rate me.

Many Thanks

SOURCE: 1996 Nissan 300zx Power Seat not working. [Top part can only go backwards, but not foward]

Change the motor of ur power seat or for cost saving, u can swap the FW & BW motors and once ur power seat is back to right position disconnect the wire to prevent the future unwanted movement.

Why is it when i turn the key foward radio don't work and truck won't fire but when you turn the key backwards the radio comes on

You don't say what kind of vehicle we are talking about, but it is safe to assume your ignition switch needs to be replaced.

My power driver seat will not move foward but it will go backward

The seat has a transmission to move the seat up, down, foward , & back. Screw jacks adjust the seat up & down. Cables move the seat forward & back. The cable it seems had to break or the end of the cable has rounded out. Possibly the cable rounded out the seat it rides in the transimission housing too. You will need to remove the seat to find out

98 nissan mixima wipers , cd player goes off same time , sometime work sometime don't

Frist check the fuse when this happens and make sure you have power on both sides. When the problem happens do not shut off your car so the problem keeps happening and then do you checks. It sounds more like a circuit breaker is popping. if the fuse is good then check the relay under the hood and let me know what you find.

Rear wheels on 2000 super duty f250 skid in reverse only

I hate to say it but it sounds like you have a severe problem in the rear end. Here are a couple of things i would do. First pull off your tires and wheels. Of course you need to put the truck on jack stands and block the wheels for safety! Disconnect your rear drive line so you know nothing from front diff or trans could be affecting it. Next spin the brake rotors by hand and inspect them for severe damage. Go forwards and backwards. Also listen in your rear end for grinding or clunking noises and also excessive play front foward to reverse. And last drain your oil and put your finger up inside the housing as far as you can and feel for large pieces that should not be there. This should give you a good idea if it is in your braking sytem your rear end or wether you need to start looking at front diff. or the trans. If all is good on rear end do the same thing for front diff and inspect it as well. Make sure you pull front driveline off!

TRANSMISSON ONLY GOES FOWER NO "R" OR NO "N"

First place to look is to make sure that when you move the shift lever, the shift arm on the transmission is also moving. If the cable between them breaks or streches, this will not happen...If you find that it dosen't move properly, change the cable!
Hope this helps...likely anything else will be much more expensive!

1998 Nissan Frontier AC system

Go to the parts store and buy (for about $10) a mechanics stethescope.  It will have a metal piece you can carefully (MAKE SURE YOU DON"T PUT IN THE PATH OF A MOVING BELT OR FAN) put on the top of the A/C compressor, other end in your ears, and with a helper turning the A/C on and OFF,  you should be able to determine if the sound is coming from the A/C compressor clutch.  If so, replace the compress clutch or compressor.  Form the limited info I have, it sounds like the clutch is bad or on the way out.
If the A/C works (blows cooler than the ambient air), it's unlikely there is any problem with valves in high or low pressure side being in wrong position (especially if no one has been monkeying with them ;~) )
