Check the connector on side of trans, these are notorious for fluid seeping through the connector and going up harness and in to tcm, if tcm not contaminated replace connecter on trans then recheck... if the fluid is not contaminated it should cure the problem. if fluid is contaminated then it probably an internal problem.

The left headlights have a box connector on the side. It's a harness that is secured with connector from the head light to the computer. The connector may just be failing that's why the light doesn't work. I suggest that you wiggle it a bit or spray a contact cleaner for the connector can be corroded.

It is a Mercedes, you need the dealership, an auto electrician or an Auto locksmith / Alarm installer. It is the most electrically over-engineered brand on the market. some are PIN Locked so that only registered technicians can reset based on VIN Number.

cannot calculate from vehicle vin need the radio chassis number but if this is a 2005 then its a dealer only job with diagnostic equipment ,when you do get code write it on the sun visor for safety

I removed the Command Navigation unit from my 2005 ML 350. When replaced, it asked for a security code. I put in a random number and it now just says "WAIT". How to I return the unit to proper operating...

Wait 24 hrs and have the code from the owners manual and type it in.
