Why isn't The CD icon on the dashboard bar lit up?

That could mean a number of things but most of all it means you NEED to get it checked by a mechanic

If the vehicle was recently without reserve battery power, those lights are normal. Drive it 100 ft and those lights should go off. If not, I would check for bad grounds since it is several icons lit up.

Try the phone button on the steering wheel?

You have lost the CODE in your Key or your Ring has gone bad and has to be replaced. Sometimes you can bring it back to the dealer (They are the only ones who can re-program a key) and see if they can do it.

Hopefully you are somewhere that still has a Fiat Dealership

Regarding the stuck CD, try this: Remove the radio from the dash. UNPLUG all of the connectors behind the radio. Wait for 1 minute. Then plug them all back in. See if the radio "comes back to life". I encounter this situation quite often, 9 time out of 10 I can bring the radio back on, and then eject the CD. Also note that Camry CD players really HATE "burnt" or "copied" CDs. These types of Cds stick in the player all of the time.
