Try by using a hair drier. Remove head light assembly from vehicle. Remove the bulb for the head light, Use the hair drier through the bulb hole to remove condensation. If water gets in the head light. Drill a small hole on bottom to release the water. Some times you can remove the condensation from the head light if its not bad by using the drier on the outside of the head light, with out removing it. Good-Day!

Remove front headlight assembly 2002 toyota highlander

I changed my 2001 Toyota Highlander headlights recently. First, remove the grille. There is one screw in the center which will require a loonng Phillips screwdriver to reach it, down behind the grille, right in the center. Then remove the four plastic clips at the top by prying them up with a small flathead screwdriver. The bottom just pulls forward. Important: Now go to each side of the car, and in front of each fender well, there is one clip that holds the bumper cover on. Pull the top corner of the bumper cover toward you to release the clips, one on each side, at the top corner, along the front of each fender well where the bumper cover meets the fender. The bumper cover can now be loosened along the top without entirely removing it. It just pulls forward. Inspect the underside of the bumper cover for broken clips and replace as necessary. Now remove the two bolts that hold down each headlight at the top. Disconnect the wiring and bulbs and wiggle the old headlights out. Install the new ones and reverse the process. If your AC isn't blowing cold, check the condenser for leaks before you reinstall the grille. A new aftermarket condenser/filter dryer is easy to install by removing the battery and tilting the radiator back to get the condenser out. A replacement only costs $75 and can be swapped out in one half hour with a few metric sockets. Then you will need to recharge the AC system with R-134a, which is easy. Just buy a R-134a kit with hose at Autozone and follow the directions. $50 Replacement fog lights are only $52/pair for aftermarket. You may consider replacing those as well. They have a strange installation with clips and you will need to pry/bop them forward, not remove them from the back. They are aggravating to replace but not technically difficult.

How do I remove the headlight cover to clean the inside part of the headlight cover. It appears to be fogging making the lights seem dim.

you are talking aftermarket headligth covers? , the head lite itself cant not be taken appart, your best bet is to drill a small hole in the lower part ofthe headlight so moisture can be release, this will help but in the long run you'll need to replace it

How do I remove the headlight assembly from my 2008 Saturn Outlook. I have a melted headlight plug. I will need to replace my harness and I am not sure the best way to remove it.

if you have the regular headlights(not the HID) there is a TSB for that at the dealer and they will fix it for free as long as you are under the 36000 miles,,anyhow to get the headlight out you need to remove the front bumper cover,,pop the hood, remove all the pushpin that hold the plastic panel on near the front area then remove the plastic cover,,,,,then there are some phillips head screws along the front of the top of the bumper cover take these out,,,,now remove both front wheels,,remove the bolts that hold the inner fender liners inplace there are some in front and under the lower bumper cover take these out too,,,,then under the front bumper cover at about the middle there will be 2 bolts i think 10mm remove theses to,,,,now where the side of the bumper cover meets the fender inside there are 3 bolts on each side remove these i think they are 7 or 8mm and then pull the bumper cover off,,,if you have fog lights disconnect the plugs,,then you will see all the bolts holding the headlight in take them out and then it comes out,,,,i know its alot of work just for a headlight ,,,,

Seem to be seal is wear off
    already on the front cover
    The way to open that
    1. There is four screws at the back of
    the headlights and unscrew them
    2. Pull the headlight and dry it
by wiping or heat of the sun or
anything that can release the fog
    3. Buy silicon and seal the headlight
gap with silicon and let it dry for a hour
This will help kept away fog
    and condensation for sure
