It looks like battery. Check the connections on the battery terminals and see if it is corroded. Clean it with water and an old toothbrush. If it is not loose and clean, then your battery is probably going to need replacing if it is 3 to 5 years old. Normally batteries start acting up at that age, and also when the weather starts to cool down. Bring it to a a tire shop, auto parts store or mechanic and have it checked. It should be free to get checked.
Usually a sign of something draining the battery. The machine test probably showed the battery could hold a charge and the alternator was charging the battery. You may need to have someone check for a power drain. When the key switch is off, there may be a weak short to ground or a relay or component that is using power.
Check the battery +12v power connection to the starter is in good order,
Check the ground connection between the battery negative and the engine/starter motor is robust and intact.
If no problem with above, replace the starter motor.
Make sure all your battery connections are clean. take them off the battery and clean them and the posts on the battery .. also check the ground from the battery to the block and make sure its tight .. also check to see if the cable is tight on the starter when the engine is cold.. then check the back of the alternator to see if that positive line is tight on the alternator .. holler if you need more Jerry
