Have someone push the washer button while someone else goes back to the rear and listens for a humming noise. if there is no noise then the little pump that shoots the fluid out is not working.
If there is a humming noise then the line is clogged.
hope this helps

Our 2000 Montana had the same problem. Check the line coming off the fluild tank under the hood. One line goes to the windshield, the other goes to the back window. Have someone push washer button as you look at the line to see if it leaks. If so secure with small hose clamp.

2001 Pontiac Montana - what is a misfire #5?

Without your actual trouble code, I am assuming that you are have a misfire on cylinder # 5. The computer cannot really tell what is causing the misfire only that cyl 5 is not putting out full power. If it misfires when cold then smooths out as it warms up, I would say it is probably an injector that is sticky, as it warms up it starts working properly.
