2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Edition 4.0L. Trunk opens, but then immediately closes. Motor works when going up, but then drops as if they motor is not working at all. What could be causing the problem?

Hi Anonymous, Spray degreaser around the leak then hose it off, run the motor to see where the leak is coming from and tighten or replace the part............CHEERS..
I found that the grease had turned hard from age and stopped the motor from closing the window sort like it was over loading the motor. I cleaned out the old grease and spayed it down with WD40 and cleaned out the rest. It works as good as new now.
Left rear, right front, right rear, left front. The way the Pacifica's brakes lines are plumbed, this is the correct sequence which is against conventional wisdom.
