Turn signals Lights come on but they don't blink

check the main earth wire near the battery. and one near the rear of the lights. unbolt them and clean the connectors up put some grease on them after. then check again. remember that when the earth wires come off the radio code will be needed to reset the the radio. be safe and take the battery off.

sounds like you are getting water into the connections and possibly have a bad earth connection. Suggest you check all light connections for water ingression.

replace the bulb with the correct one, sounds like you have a single filament bulb where a double filament bulb goes and it is back feeding power through the parking light system when you turn on the signal.

did you check you blinker switch ?ots a big silver part that should be under your driver side

if the lights come on but don;t blink? its the flasher if they won;t come on at all! its a fuse or fuse link or a defective turn signal switch

do an electrical check of all wiring to all the lights, you are describing the symptoms of a bad ground , bu i don,t have enough info to gues if its front or rear,

Sounds like a ground problem on one or more of the light modules.
