Replaced the coil boot cover a couple of times but cannot stop oil from leaking by the boot and fill the spark plug hole

Hi, this solution will be useful to you. Your engine is burning oil. That in trurn, your engine has worn valve guide. Piston rings an engine that burns lot oil so it needs to be repaired. You have to do valve job and new set of rings.

Usually a sign the coil is failing.
The coil is a magnet with windings suspended in oil.

Check that the cover gasket is in fact still under the cover and hasn't slipped inside when being fitted . Remove the cover and reposition the gasket using an adhesive to hold it in place while refitting
