How to change miirror indicator bulb in 2006 honda jazz

To fit it you need to pop off the mirror plate itself, remove the (7 I think) screws to access the wing mirror cover clips. Squeeze those to release the cover, remove the cover to expose the indictor unit which can then be unscrewed (2 screws) and the push-on electric plug removed. Reverse for putting back together.

Pretty easy. The hardest part was getting the mirror off gently.

Hope that helps. Unfortunately I didn't take pics, but is really straightforward.

Likely to be the actuator/motor inside that has failed. Order one off eBay that offers returns an find out how to fit it. Should be job done!
If not its likely to be a more serious electrical issue good luck with that..

How do you install a driver side mirror?

hey, I replaced a mirror on a 2002 civic lx coupe.

1) Pry off the small pastic traingular piece from the interior of your door.
2) Disconnect the wiring to the mirror
3) There will be 3 bolts that attach the mirror to the car, remove these and the mirror can be removed. To put on the new mirror just do everything in reverse

Just make sure you order the right mirror, I accidentally order the mirror for the sedan model the first time and they are not interchangable.

Hope this helps

Honda Civic 2003 door mirror

I would bet it's a mirror-image (sorry...) of the driver's side installation. See http://www.civicforums.com/forums/21-i-c-e-electrical/289740-diy-front-door-speaker-install-coupe-sedan.html and migrate ~1/3 the way down to the pic labeled "Remove Sail Panel." If you already have the mirror it is probably as simple as replacing the existing outside cover with the mirror. If you're not sure you can do this on your own ask a mechanically-minded friend for help. Search the internet with http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%2B2003+%2Bhonda+%2Bcivic+%2Bfront+%2Bdoor+%2Bmirror for 50k hits - good luck!
