Since both the GPS and camera are involved, there is probably a problem with a video processor internal to the radio unit. If this is the case, you are probably looking at replacing the unit. However, you should look for a set DTC code using a code reader before going down that road. Resetting any DTCs may correct the problem.

SOURCE: Navigation screen 07 Denali is black?

THERE IS USUALLY A FUSE BEHIND THE UNIT IT SELF AND CHECK YOUR FUSE BOX

IT MIGHT BE UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL CLOSER TO THE DRIVER DOOR OR UNDER THE HOOD CLOSE TO THE BATTERY OR ACROSS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE

A 2015 Toyota Highlander the main screen for navigation and backup goes blank but you can start the car and drive it.

The main Navigation screen has nothing to do with how the vehicle starts and runs so the two will not be linked. The issue you have is just with the Nav system or the display it is used on.

My 2007 lexus is 250 navigation touch screen all of the sudden stopped working, after the 4 year warrant expiring only two weeks ago. Any other similar complaints?

My wife has the Lexus IS250 with Navigation and just this morning she tells me she wanted to raise the AC from Low to higher position, but that nothing on the Navigation screen is working. I tried what David mentions above, but the only fuse that had 15A on it was in xlnt condition. Any other suggestions? Dealer talks like $1500 and the system has always been mediocre at best. Thanks for any help.
