When I plug innova 3100 in to 2005 Dodge Sprinter, it will not recognise the vihicle.

might be the glow plug relay. try that

i would change all glow plugs and the relay. while doing so make sure the battery is disconnected, also once i had a sprinter with multiple codes and intermittently would run very rough and sometimes not drivable.changed the engine wiring harness and the problem was solved.

with a new copper washer,only tighten to wrist tight,do not "swing off the spanner".

Check glow plug relay switch, located under your battery tray

The gear lube in the diff is never changed unless the diff is torn down for maintainence, but to change it you will need to pull the rear cover off, there is no drain plug.

this is a sealed transmission, it has no stick stick, the fluid must be checked by the dealer using an electronic scan tool.

remove air cleaner...then remove the black engine cover....the filter is under it
