ets stands for enhance traction control. You have a code in your computer. It can be numerous concern. you need to take it to someone who has a scanner to read codes. Most likely a ABS (antilock brake) code.

It means you have a computerized system management problem. An electronic sensor component has either failed, or a condition has occurred that has put a sensor out of normal range and the onboard computer is letting you know of it. Any time that light comes on it sets a code that can be read with a special code reader. Most auto parts stores will retrieve the code/ codes for you at no cost. Be very cautious interpreting the codes meaning, because various engine conditions will set a code as well, because the condition will affect what the sensor measures. If you spend the money for the replacement sensor(never cheap) it won't shut the light off.Once installed auto parts stores will not take it back. Also 90 percent of the time it is defective wiring running to the sensor or bad grounding that causes the codes/codes.So unless you have a ton of high priced testing equipment and a lot of electronic engine control troubleshooting experience, you best take in in for service. One more thing. The most common reason the light comes on is a loose or defective gas cap.The computer monitors that too.

sounds like your tire pressure sensors are iffy. just my input...any other sensors come on? like your tire pressure ones? if not, try and add a tiny bit of air in each tire until its dead on the recommended pressure, then check to see if the light has went off...hope im right on this one lol
